Weiss Architecture is an Austin-based design firm, providing full architectural and interior design services from concept through construction. We have gained recognition for our mindfulness to our client’s budget and project goals, as well as our ability to quickly navigate through the building permitting process.
Beginning in 2003, we have grown from a one-man shop to firm of three current employees, remaining deliberately small to prioritize and cultivate genuine relationships with our clients, consultants, and contractors. Because of our efficient and determined work ethic, our projects have gradually increased in scope, size, and quantity. We now specialize in commercial, residential, and mixed-use design services, as well as site planning, programming, space planning, renderings, conceptual drawings, and permitting/construction administration services. Our work varies from small, residential additions, to bars, restaurants, office buildings, and performance spaces, to large-scale, new construction movie theaters.
Throughout our 17 years of business, we have developed a unique approach to design. Architecture can be a confusing and chaotic endeavor, and it is our mission to simplify the noise through our tested core values:
We boast a combined 50+ years of experience in site analysis, feasibility, architectural design phases, permit submissions, bidding and negotiations, and construction administration. With of our firm’s diverse experiences, we have encountered a multitude of unique conditions that have cultivated an impressive and ever-growing knowledge of our industry.
Our approach to design is grounded in our extensive expertise and creativity. We produce imaginative, sustainable, and highly functional spaces informed by the wide array of backgrounds and interests held by our well-rounded team of professionals.
We believe the most exciting challenges come when we must transfer our minds’ creations into the practical built world. For this, we not only have a deep understanding of various design standards and construction methods, but we also possess practiced insight to the intricate details, tricks, and procedures required to complete a building.
Relationships with our clients, consultants, and contractors are our highest priority, and our commitment to them extends beyond the drafting table. We eagerly support our colleagues whenever the opportunity arises. Our sincere care for our work matches our sincere care for the good of humanity, and this truth builds the foundation for our professionalism.
By implementing these distinguished values, we are passionate about bringing projects to fruition with creative, modern, and efficient solutions. Our clients, consultants, and contractors truly are our highest priority, and we work as a team to help our clients realize their vision. We welcome the opportunity to help turn your architectural vision into reality.
